How does the refill service work?

Place your empty or partially used bottles in a safe spot outside your home. We pick them up, refill them with your chosen products, and return them right back to you. You’re only charged by the ounce you receive.

Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?

Nope! As long as your bottles are left in a secure, shaded area, we’ll handle everything. If you prefer to be home, that works too - whatever is easiest for you.

Can I use my own containers?

Yes! We encourage it. Any clean, reusable bottle or jar works. If you ever need a new container, we offer durable, refill-friendly options.

What if my bottle is only half empty?

We simply top it up. You’re only charged for the amount added - not a full refill.

What products can I refill?

We carry a wide range of home and body essentials including laundry soap, dish soap, all-purpose cleaner, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and more - all natural, biodegradable, and safe for your home.

Are your products natural and safe?

Yes. Every product we offer is made with plant-derived, biodegradable ingredients and free from harsh additives like parabens, phthalates, synthetic dyes, and petroleum-based ingredients. Safe for families, pets, and the environment.

How do I know what’s in each product?

We have tried to provide full ingredient lists on each product but do let us know if you would like more information. Transparency is important to us, and we want you to feel confident about everything you bring into your home.

How do you price refills?

Refills are charged by the ounce. Pricing varies by product, and the cost is based only on what we add - never more.  We offer discounts based on the quantities purchased.

Is there a delivery fee?

Not at this time!

What if I forget to leave my bottles out?

It happens! Just reach out and we’ll reschedule your pickup or coordinate an alternative drop-off arrangement if it's possible.

Do you offer subscriptions or regular refill schedules?

Not officially yet but if you would like to be on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly refill cycle, we can set that up so you never run out of your essentials.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. Our formulas are gentle, plant-based, and free from the common irritants found in conventional cleaners and body care products.

Do you accept bottle returns for reuse?

Yes. If you’ve purchased bottles from us, you can return them during your next delivery or pickup, and we’ll sanitize and reuse them to keep waste out of the landfill.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we offer local delivery within the Cayman Islands only.
