How Our Bottle Return & Refill Service Works

Refilling your favourites should be simple, sustainable, and totally stress-free and that is exactly how we designed it.

1. Leave Your Bottles Out

If you will not be home, no problem! Just place your empty or partially-used bottles in a safe, shaded spot outside your home (a porch, entry table, or clearly marked box works perfectly).

2. We Collect & Refill

Our delivery team will stop by, pick up your bottles, and refill them with the products you’ve selected. Whether they’re completely empty or just need a top-up, we take care of everything.

3. Pay Only for What You Receive

You’re charged by the ounce based on the amount refilled. No extra fees, no waste — just the exact amount your bottles are topped up with.

4. Fresh Products, Zero-Waste Convenience

Once filled, we return your bottles to the same safe spot, ready for you to use. It’s the easiest way to keep your home stocked with eco-friendly essentials without adding more plastic to the world.
